Douglas has previously stated that he loves the gorgeous panorama’s of Mallorca and that the island has always held a special place in his heart. The estate, which was previously owned by Habsburg Archduke Ludwig Salvator, features a stunning 19th-century palace with Moorish architecture, offering endless views of the sea.

Once the renovations are finished, the chalet will be just 3 minutes away from the location where his new yacht will be moored. However, he foresees that this may cause an issue in the summer as children from Manacor will have to cross a portion of his land to access the sea.Nadal had purchased the chalet in 2013 from the heirs of the family who established the iconic Mallorca Cuevas del Drach as an attraction. The property did have an asking price of €5.7 million, however the sporting talent paid €4 million.

According to reports, the retired Formula One driver, Michael Schumacher, who is currently recovering from an illness, is currently staying at a luxurious villa in Majorca, which his wife bought three years ago from the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez. The 51-year-old, who holds seven world champion titles, has been transferred to the exclusive property on the Las Brisas estate near Andratx in the southwest of the island from his home in Switzerland. The villa, named Villa Yasmin, is said to have been purchased by Corinna Schumacher in 2017.

However, it is reported that Nicole Kidman, who is set to arrive in Mallorca soon, has requested additional security measures.
